Travel Conditions (Be sure to read them carefully.)

When applying, be sure to receive the travel conditions (full text) and be sure to check the contents.

Recruitment type planning travel contract This trip is a trip planned and implemented by Ageshio Japan Co., Ltd./Ikku (3-1-13 Asato, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture Governor of Okinawa Registration No. 3-463. Hereinafter referred to as “our company”). Customers participating in this tour will enter into an Agent-Organized Tour Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Travel Contract”) with us. In addition to the following, the travel conditions are based on the separate travel conditions document (full text), the final document called the final itinerary that is handed out before departure, and the solicitation type planning tour contract part of our travel agency agreement. When to apply for a trip and when the contract is concluded Please fill out the prescribed items on the prescribed application form and apply. A travel contract shall be concluded when the Company accepts the conclusion of the contract and receives the application fee. Application fee: 30,000 yen

Payment of Travel Fee Please pay the travel fee before the 15th day counting back from the day before the departure date of the tour (or by the date designated by us). In addition, if you are a cardholder of our affiliated card company, we may ask you to pay the travel fee, cancellation fee, additional expenses, etc. without your signature. In this case, the date of use of the card shall be the date of acceptance by the customer, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Cancellation fee If the customer cancels the contract after the tour contract is concluded, the following amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Conditions for Cancellation

No charge for quotation.
Cancellation made after booking date and 15 days before the start of the tour will be charged 25% of the tour fee. Cancellation made within 8 to 14 days  before the trip start date will be charged 60% of the tour price. Cancellation made 7 days to the day of the tour or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour fee.

Items included in the tour price

Fares and charges for transportation as specified in each itinerary and guide (economy class unless otherwise noted).
Accommodation fees.
Admission fees, entrance fees, etc., and consumption and other taxes.
Expenses for tour guides for courses accompanied by tour guides.
Any gratuities required for group activities.
Items clearly indicated as included in the tour price in brochures, etc.

In principle, these expenses will not be refunded even if some of them are not used for the customer’s own reasons.

Items not included in the tour price

Excess baggage charges (for items that exceed a certain weight, volume, or number).
Airport facility usage charges (unless otherwise specified in the pamphlet).
Personal expenses such as cleaning charges, telegram and telephone charges, and other additional food and drink expenses and associated taxes and service charges.
Fees for optional tours (extra excursions at additional cost).
Additional fares and charges imposed by the transport agency (e.g. fuel surcharge).
Transportation and accommodation expenses from your home to the departure/arrival location.

Compensation during participation in an organized tour

The Company will pay compensation or visitation money for certain damages to the body, life, or baggage caused by an accidental external incident while the passenger is participating in an organized tour, in accordance with the Special Compensation Rules attached to the General Terms and Conditions for Organized Tours, within the following scope. Payment will be made regardless of whether or not there is any willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Company or any person on whose behalf the Company has made arrangements.

Compensation for death: 15 million yen
Hospitalization visit: 10,000-200,000 yen
Hospital visit compensation: 0.5-50,000 yen
Compensation for damage to personal belongings: up to 150,000 yen per passenger (however, the limit is 100,000 yen per item or pair of items covered)

Travel conditions for customers who wish to make a correspondence contract

If we receive an application from a credit card member of a credit card company affiliated with our company (hereinafter referred to as “member”) on the condition of “receiving payment of the trip price and cancellation fee, etc. without the signature of the member” (hereinafter referred to as “correspondence contract”), the following points differ from the normal travel conditions.

A trip contract by correspondence contract is concluded when the notice to the effect that the Company accepts the conclusion of the trip contract reaches the customer. In addition, the customer is required to notify the Company of his/her “membership number, card expiration date,” etc. at the time of application.

If payment cannot be made by credit card at the request of the member due to credit or other reasons, the Company will cancel the communication contract and charge a penalty fee equal to the stipulated cancellation fee. However, this will not apply if payment of the tour fee is received in cash by the date separately designated by the Company.

Purchasing Domestic Travel Insurance

Accidents and injuries that occur while traveling can result in expensive medical treatment and transportation costs. In addition, it may be difficult to file a claim for damages against the offender and recover compensation. To cover these risks, we recommend that you purchase your own domestic travel insurance in sufficient amounts. For more information, please contact us.

Reporting an Accident

In the event of an accident, etc., during your trip, please immediately contact the accompanying tour conductor, local staff, carrier, travel service provider such as accommodation facilities, or contact point of application. If you are unable to contact us, please contact us as soon as you are able to do so.

Handling of Personal Information

The Company and its sales agents will use the personal information provided on the application form submitted at the time of application for the tour to communicate with the customer, to the extent necessary for the arrangement and acceptance procedures for the requested tour services, to the extent necessary for insurance procedures to cover the Company’s liability under the tour contract and expenses in the event of an accident, and to the extent necessary for the customer’s convenience at the destination. To the extent necessary for the convenience of our customers at the destination, we will provide personal information to the carriers, accommodation facilities, insurance companies, government agencies, etc., as specified in the brochure and final itinerary.

Standard travel conditions and prices

These travel conditions are based on April 1, 2023. Travel fares are calculated based on fares and regulations in effect as of June 1, 2023.
